Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Director of Customer Success is responsible for strategic management, growth and retention of accounts in their markets. Primary objectives are to create partnerships with market executives to build a valued product, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, expand the market (existing accounts and new business) to maximize revenue, and ensure customer retention. Goals will be completed timely and accurately in support of TAVHealth’s Guiding Values, as attached.
